How we use them
- Strictly necessary — needed for the site and app to function: signing in, keeping your session, remembering your cookie choice, and security. These can't be switched off.
- Preferences — remember things like light/dark theme.
- Analytics / marketing — we do not set non-essential analytics or advertising cookies without your consent. If we introduce any, they will only run after you opt in via the cookie banner.
Your choices
When you first visit, a banner lets you accept or decline non-essential cookies. You can change your mind any time by clearing this site's data in your browser. Most browsers also let you block or delete cookies in their settings — though blocking strictly necessary cookies may stop parts of the site working.
Member apps
Gym member apps built on Stronix use only the cookies/storage needed to run the app (sign-in and your preferences). Each gym is responsible for any additional tools it chooses to add.
