Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Stronix platform, websites, applications and related services (together, the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you are agreeing on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business.

1. The Service

Stronix provides a white-label platform that lets gyms and training facilities run a branded member app, website, bookings, memberships, access control and messaging. Features available to you depend on your plan.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must give accurate information and keep it up to date. You must be at least 18 to hold an operator (gym) account.

3. Subscriptions, fees & payments

• Plans are billed monthly in advance unless agreed otherwise. Onboarding and optional add-ons (e.g. a native app build) may carry one-off fees, quoted before you commit.
• Your members' payments are processed through the platform's payment provider and are your revenue; Stronix does not take a percentage of your membership income as a platform fee. Standard card-processing fees may apply to transactions.
• Fees are exclusive of VAT or other taxes unless stated. Late or failed payment may lead to suspension of the Service.

4. Your content & your members' data

You retain ownership of your branding, content and your members' data. You grant Stronix the licence needed to host and operate the Service on your behalf. You are the controller of your members' personal data and are responsible for having a lawful basis to process it; we act as your processor. See our Privacy Policy.

5. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the Service, including by breaking the law, infringing others' rights, attempting to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the platform, or sending unlawful or unsolicited messages through it.

6. Availability

We work to keep the Service available and secure but provide it "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may update, improve or change features over time.

7. Termination

You may cancel at any time; the Service continues to the end of the paid period. We may suspend or end access for breach of these Terms or non-payment. On termination we will, on request, provide a reasonable export of your data.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Stronix is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified through the Service or by email. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
