This policy explains how Stronix handles personal data for our own website and prospects. When you use a gym's branded app built on Stronix, that gym is the data controller for its members' data and Stronix acts as its processor.

Data we collect

• Enquiries — when you book a demo or contact us: your name, gym name, email, phone and what you tell us.
• Usage — basic, privacy-respecting information needed to run and secure the site.

How we use it

To respond to enquiries, provide and improve the Service, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data.

Sharing

We use trusted processors to run the Service (for example cloud hosting and email delivery), bound to protect your data and use it only on our instructions.

Retention

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, or object to certain processing. Email hello@stronix.app and we'll help.

Members of a gym

If you're a member using a gym's app, contact that gym about your data; they decide how it's used. Stronix processes it on their behalf under our agreement with them.
